| After your first Bikram class, what was your impression? |

| I had no idea what I had just been through (or what I got myself into) and hated my friend for introducing us, but just as in blind dates and most relationships that have a rocky start... I knew I was in love! |
It seems like the moment I take a break everything that use to hurt before I took yoga (upper back ache, ankle aches, hip aches) all come back to haunt me. What could be better than Therapy, Meditation, Sauna and Massage all wrapped into one - one stop shop to keep the stress and pain out of your life. Not to mention the deep defrost during the winter months!

What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

I feel in the best shape I have every been in - even better than when I was working out 6 days a week in the gym. I drop weight easier, eat less, feel happier, don't stress, sleep better, breathe better, live better with myself in the body that I have.

Which ever one I can fully get into on the day of class. It changes every time! |
| What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself? |
What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |

Looking at myself in the mirror for 90 minutes without judgement.

Don't give up - even if you hated it. Its all about the breath! Learn and focus on the breath - in and out through your nose the entire class - and the rest will come in time.
