| I felt so miserable right after my first class ;)) The heat, the postures - everything was totally new for me. But the next day I felt great. |
The results - I can see that I am getting slimmer after my first 10 classes. |
What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |
The result is amazing. My body is nice and slim. The skin is getting much softer. Your mind calms down and you feel energized.

Tree pose - I feel stronger when I am able to do it and after doing it I feel that I can do pretty much everything ;)

| What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself? |
What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |
| To tell myself that I have to do something and to actually do it. |
Don't give up, even if it may feel hard at the beginning it will eventually pay you back.

| I hope that I'll be able to do more Bikram Yoga classes. It was a great experience so far! |
