Inspirations
| After your first Bikram class, what was your impression? |
What drives you to continue to practice? What keeps bringing you back? |
| Loved it, unlike any other yoga I had tried. |
The release it give me of the pressures in my life. I work full time, I have my grandmother living with me-I am her primary caretaker (she has Altzheimers/dementia), I assist my mother who is disabled and I have a 7 years old daughter who is home part time. |
What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |
Increase of my patience, calming of the physical issues my own body has, definite increase of energy and staminia (which I can never have enough of).

The several floor exercises towards the end, I love the stretch it gives me.

| What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself? |
What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |
| Honestly, finding the funds and time to attend. Challenge for myself? Making myself accomplish the previous two so I can attend and obtain the benefits it give me, because it is so needed in my life. |
Don't give up! Don't worry about being perfect, what you look like, etc. Believe me, others in the class aren't watching you, they are working on their own postures. Give it a few classes to begin to see the benefits.... it won't take long. |
