Less episodes of neck and back pain. More flexibility. I feel good and proud of myself.

Rabbit - my back gets a good stretch. I can do it and still improve and work on it.

Encountering a posture that I feel is too difficult - fixed firm, I feel that I am not making progress.

Hang in there. It gets easier and keep doing it a number of times before you make a decision.
