| I was exhausted but euphoric. It was love at first sight! |
I love the way I feel. I really enjoy the increased flexibility I feel. I feel as though I have cleaned myself out from the inside out - very refreshed.

What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

My strength has increased, my waist slimmed, arms and legs feel stronger and more defined.

Camel - I love camel because with consistent practice it allows me to open up, say what I mean and not hold things in.

| What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself? |
What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |

The greatest challenge for me is letting go of everything when I walk through the studio door. I am getting better at it.

Stick with it. I truly believe that until you have taken 20 classes, you have no idea what this yoga can do for your body and mind.
