My body wants to keep coming back. After a year my knees have healed and my back continues to improve.

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

Knees: I have had two surgeries with no effect. Bikram yoga has totally healed both of my knees.
Back: Also two surgeries. Bikram Yoga has improved my back strength and pain greatly.
Also a great detox for the organs.
