| I thought it moved very quickly and I was relieved I could endure the heat. |
I love the relaxed feeling I have at the end of the practice. And it seems to stay with me. I am enjoying seeing the changes in my practice.

Seperate leg stratching pose is challening, but it does not feel hopeless.

Accepting myself where I am each day and rejoicing in the fact that I have the choice and oportunity to do this.

Try to be kind to yourself and take it easy. Assume you should try several times before you decide if it works for you.
