Child Care Services
We provide childcare services for some of the classes on our schedule for children over 12 months. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide services for infants at this time.
Child care services are provided by independent providers. This service is offered separate from BYP membership. All fees are paid directly to the childcare provider in cash or check.
Cost per class: $7 for the first child per family, $5 for each additional sibling.
Space is limited, therefore you must pre-register by email 24 hours in advance. Please indicate the age(s) of your child(ren). If there are no children signed up for a childcare session 24 hours in advance, it will be cancelled. Make sure you register in advance.
Please note: when you pre-register, you are reserving a spot for your child that may prevent another child from attending. If you fail to give 24 hours notice and do not attend, you will still be responsible for the childcare fee for that session. Please be courteous of others and keep us informed.
Parent or guardian must be in the building and in attendance at a regularly scheduled class to make use of child care services. Child care is provided from 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class to 15 minutes after.
The walls in the child care room are insulated to dampen noise from the children. At any time during class, if your child should become inconsolable or disruptive, you will be expected to leave class and attend to your child.
Prior to your child’s attendance:
- Read the BYP Child Care Policies and fill out a BYP Child Care Waiver.
- Register in advance by email. Please indicate the age(s) of your child(ren).
- Child(ren) should be fed and those in diapers changed prior to class.
Cancellations:
In the event of inclement weather, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances, child care services may be cancelled. Always pre-register your child 24 hours in advance. To stay informed of the latest information:
- Call the studio one hour prior to the scheduled class to hear cancellations: dial (603) 430-6222 and press 2.
- Join our email list here. An email will be sent out one hour prior to any emergency cancellations.
