Great workout! I started going to get in better shape for surfing. I saw results immediately after my first session. I felt stronger and surfed longer.

I felt the benefits immediately, so it was a no-brainer to keep going back.

What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

I feel more relaxed, stronger and more flexible, especially in my legs, back and arms. And I agree with all of those people who wrote about reducing anxiety. I've done other yoga, but the Bikram is a real stress eraser.

I love the balancing poses. I just think about waves. That image helps me with the heat, too.

What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |

The greatest challenge with yoga is just getting myself to class. I have to remind myself to make it a priority and sometimes kids & work make it tough. The days I get there are the best days of my week.
