After your first Bikram class, what was your impression?	What drives you to continue to practice? What keeps bringing you back?
I felt so miserable right after my first class ;)) The heat, the postures - everything was totally new for me. But the next day I felt great.	The results - I can see that I am getting slimmer after my first 10 classes.
What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?	What is your favorite posture in the series and why?
The result is amazing. My body is nice and slim. The skin is getting much softer. Your mind calms down and you feel energized.	Tree pose - I feel stronger when I am able to do it and after doing it I feel that I can do pretty much everything ;)
What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself?	What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class?
To tell myself that I have to do something and to actually do it.	Don't give up, even if it may feel hard at the beginning it will eventually pay you back.
Is there anything you would like to add?
I hope that I'll be able to do more Bikram Yoga classes. It was a great experience so far!
