I've always worked out..but never yoga. What a challenge! and that is what kept me.

I feel like I receive a brand new, clean and stress free body every time after class. I focus on myself, so the stress and everything else that I'm thinking about is completely GONE! It's like being reborn daily.

What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

I'm slimmer..flexible as hell..good posture...more focused..less disturbed...less anxiety...feel great mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Standing bow. It challenging! and it takes patience and focus.

What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |

Everyday is different..you'll have better days than others...DON'T EVER JUDGE OR COMPARE YOURSELF.

If you feel like you're going to just pass out and die...that's great! You put in your effort and you did your best. Keep coming! It'll change your life forever!

I will never go to the gym again. Bikram yoga is the best decision you will ever make for yourself!
