It was such an amazing feeling. I had not felt that good in a long time. I was immediately hooked.

What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself?

What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

I have lost weight and gained muscle. I am a happier person. I used to feel extremely anxious and lacked energy to do the activities I used to love. Not anymore!

Camel - It is very challenging for me and I feel accomplished when I complete the series.

What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself? |
What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |

To not give up on myself. To always stay positive even if I don't have a good class. Each class is different for me and I always remind myself of that when I leave the hot room.

Remember the feeling.....to feel that good is a gift that you are giving yourself. Don't give up! You deserve to feel good.

I am so appreciative to the instructors for helping keep me focused. My life has changed in such positive ways since I started Bikram yoga. It's only been three months for me and I can only hope that the benefits of hot yoga will keep coming for me.
