Increased mobility in shoulders, hips. Decrease in blood pressure from high normal range to normal range. |

Getting to class - once I get there it is great. |
Keep coming back for at least a month - expect a few aches and pains as your body adjusts. |

I like the way the series of postures flows - it never feels like I have been there 1 1/2 hours. |
