| I was surprised that I liked it so much, and that I felt so good. I thought I would hate the heat. |
I have back problems that are sooooooooo much better now. I use yoga as a release at the end of a hard work day. Instead of saying, "Take me away Calgon," I say "Take me away Bikram Yoga." (That's so corny) |
What are some of the benefits and changes you've seen in yourself? |
What is your favorite posture in the series and why? |

When I'm practicing my yoga, I don't think about anything else. It's the only time I shut the rest of the world out and do something for me. That's a real benefit. |
Camel. Only because I never thought I would be able to do it. |
What is your greatest challenge about the yoga? Yourself? |
What advice can you give to a 1st timer after they complete the class? |

My greatest challenge is the concentration that it takes to do the postures. I know that if I concentrate, I can do more and more than I ever thought possible - proving once again that it is mind over matter. |
Stay with it, no matter how you feel. It's impossible to know what the rewards are until you have invested more of yourself in it. |
