Follow Interstate 95 North to Exit 3. Take a right onto Route 33 at the end of the ramp. Follow Route 33 for approximately 1 mile to the sign for Downtown Portsmouth. Turn left onto Islington Street. Follow to 801 Islington Street, Gallaghers Place on your left.

Take Interstate 95 South to Exit 7 in New Hampshire, Market Street Extension. From the exit ramp, turn left onto Market Street Extension.  In 0.5 miles, cross the railroad tracks and take a right at the blinking light onto Russell Street. Take a right onto Deer Street at the next stop sign. Take the next left at the traffic light onto Maplewood Avenue and follow to the second traffic light.  Turn right onto Islington Street.  Travel approximately 1 mile to 801 Islington, Gallagher's Place, turn right into the parking lot.

From either Route 4 east or Route 16 south, take the Spaulding turnpike (Rte 4-16) to the Portsmouth Traffic Circle.  Take the second exit, "Route 1 Bypass North" and immediately turn right onto the Woodbury Ave Exit.  Turn right off the exit ramp onto Woodbury Ave.  Follow to the stop sign and turn right onto Bartlett Street.  At the next traffic light, turn right onto Islington Street.  The studio is 100 yards ahead on the right in Gallagher's Place.

UNH Students: Take the 4a/4b bus to the Plaza 800 stop in front of the Hannaford Grocery store in Portsmouth.  The studio is across the street next to Ken's West End Pizza.
